EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT CENTER (EDC)
The Employee Development Center is responsible for providing and coordinating all department-wide initial training, re-qualification and development programs and assisting institutions and facilities in the development of in-house training efforts. The Employee Development Center is also responsible for the department's Employee Assistance Program and Post Trauma and Mentoring Programs.
EDC is now utilizing TEDS (Training and Education Development System) to track all in-house departmental training. This system will allow individuals to view all available and completed training by clicking on the TEDS icon on your workarea desktop pc. In order to have any outside training captured in TEDS, please print and follow the directions on the Outside Training Form.
